  • Blueberries: Full of antioxidants that protect your cells and combat stress. They also provide fiber and vitamins for sustained energy.
  • Green Apple: Refreshing and packed with fiber, it helps digestion and keeps you feeling full longer, avoiding energy crashes.
  • Spinach: Rich in iron, which supports oxygen flow in your blood and fights fatigue. It’s also loaded with vitamins A, C, and K to strengthen your immune system.
  • Carrot: High in beta-carotene (vitamin A), carrots boost skin, vision, and brain health while reducing mental fatigue.
  • Beetroot: Packed with nitrates to improve blood flow and oxygen delivery to your muscles, increasing endurance and reducing tiredness.
